ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using Fight Club Egypt's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Membership Requirements

Members must be at least 16 years of age
Members under 18 require parental consent
Valid identification is required for membership
Health questionnaire must be completed

Payment Terms

Membership fees are due in advance
No refunds for unused portions of membership
Late payment fees may apply
Membership may be suspended for non-payment

FACILITY RULES

General Rules

Members must scan their membership card upon entry
Proper athletic attire is required at all times
No food or drinks allowed in workout areas
Equipment must be wiped down after use
Respect other members and staff at all times

Safety Requirements

Consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program
Use equipment properly and safely
Report any equipment malfunctions immediately
Follow all posted safety guidelines

LIABILITY AND WAIVER

By using our facilities, you acknowledge and agree that:

Exercise involves inherent risks of injury
You participate at your own risk
Fight Club Egypt is not liable for personal injuries
You waive all claims against Fight Club Egypt for injuries
You are responsible for your own medical expenses

CANCELLATION POLICY

Membership Cancellation

30-day written notice required for cancellation
Membership remains active during notice period
No refunds for partial months
Reactivation fees may apply

Class Cancellations

24-hour notice required for class cancellations
Late cancellations may result in charges
No-shows will be charged full class fee

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward other members or staff
Use of illegal substances on premises
Smoking or vaping in the facility
Photography or recording without permission
Bringing unauthorized guests
Misuse or damage of equipment
Violation of any posted rules or regulations

PRIVACY AND DATA

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Fight Club Egypt reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
